That's a wrap: thank you, Dungarvan
The 2026 Waterford Festival of Food finished with a packed Grattan Square — a huge thank you to everyone who cooked, poured, traded, volunteered and turned up hungry.
What a weekend. From the first small plates of the Tapas Trails on Friday evening to the last stalls packing up on Grattan Square, the 2026 festival filled Dungarvan with food, music and the best of company.
Congratulations to Emye Patisserie, winners of this year's Best Stall award at the Sunday Festival Market, and to every trader who made the square such a feast.
A festival like this is made by people: our volunteers, the chefs and producers who travelled from near and far, the town's restaurants and bars, our long-time supporters Flahavan's, and the thousands of you who came to eat with us. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.
