Getting here is the easy part.
Dungarvan sits on Ireland's south coast, on the N25 roughly midway between Waterford city and Cork — about 45–50 minutes from each.
Come by car via the N25, by Bus Éireann coach on the Waterford–Cork corridor, or by bike along the Waterford Greenway, which finishes right in town. Park once and walk — everything in the town centre is minutes apart.
By car
Dungarvan is on the N25 between Waterford and Cork. The town gets busy on festival weekend — especially market Sunday — so arrive early and expect to park a short walk from the square.
By bus

By Greenway
The Waterford Greenway — 46km of traffic-free trail from Waterford city — ends in Dungarvan. Cycling in for the festival is a genuinely great way to arrive, and bike hire is available locally.
Getting around the festival
There's no single festival site: events happen in real venues across the town and beyond, with the Sunday Festival Market on Grattan Square at the centre. Check each event's venue before you set out — a few events take place outside town and need transport.
Where to stay
Dungarvan has hotels, guesthouses and self-catering within walking distance of town-centre venues, with more along Clonea Strand and across West Waterford's villages. Festival weekend is the busiest of the year — book as early as you can.
