Apply to trade at the festival.

We're open to independent food, drink and maker businesses. Check the application form for the current deadline; expect to hear back within four weeks of it.

What we look for

Independent operators with a sustainability brief (compostable packaging, living wage, at least 30% of an accessible range of prices). Pitch fees are tiered by footprint and category — we'll share the full schedule with your acknowledgement email.

What you'll trade, how many staff, footprint (m²), power needs, water needs.
Vegan / GF options, allergen handling, packaging, sourcing — what should we know?
Two or three recent ones with rough trading dates.
